Garforth, Yorkshire
Garforth is a town in Yorkshire, in the West Riding. Garforth was previously two separate settlements, Moor Garforth and Church Garforth, which became one contiguous area during the 19th century. 20th-century development saw East Garforth also become part of the town. Once a coal mining area, Garforth is now in large part a commuter town. The town is within the council area of Leeds.
