Foyle Park, Londonderry
Foyle Park is a Georgian country house near Eglinton, County Londonderry. It is within the townland of Fallowlea, in the civil parish of Faughanvale. Dating from 1809-13, the house comprises three distinct two-storey hipped blocks of varying heights. The house retains much of the original fabric, including the natural slate roof, timber sliding sash windows and lime harling, as well as most internal detailing. Originally known as 'Grocers’ Hall', it was built by David Babington, the lessee of the estate of the Grocers’ Company. It is within the council area of Derry City and Strabane.
