Formby, Lancashire
Formby is a seaside town in Lancashire. The seafront is a popular tourist destination during the summer months. Formby Hall dates back to 1523. Formby Beach is the location of the first lifeboat station in the UK, reputed to have been established in 1776. The pine woods at Victoria Road are a reserve for the red squirrel. The town is within the council area of Sefton.
