Farm Hall, Huntingdonshire
Farm Hall is a mid 18th-century house on West Street, Godmanchester, Huntingdonshire. The house, then owned by the Secret Service, was used as a bugged detention centre for German nuclear scientists as part of Operation Epsilon, from July 1945 to January 1946. The goal was to determine how close Nazi Germany had been to constructing an atomic bomb by listening to their conversations. It is within the council area of Huntingdonshire (Cambridgeshire).
