Farlington, Hampshire
Farlington is a former village that is now an urban area in northern Portsmouth, Hampshire. Farlington was a small rural village for the majority of its existence. Farlington does not lie on Portsea Island and was incorporated into the city in 1932. It was substantially developed thereafter and and now forms a contiguous development with Cosham and Drayton. St Andrew's Church dates from the 13th century though was substantially rebuilt in the 1870s. The area is within the council area of Portsmouth.
