Fair Cross is an urban area in Barking, Essex. The locality of Fair Cross lies at the intersection of Longbridge Road (a124) and Upney Lane/Water Lane (now South Park Drive). The name has been used to refer to the area around the crossroads since the area was developed for housing in the 1930s. The north-eastern part of the area is usually considered a part of Ilford. The area is within the council areas of Barking and Dagenham and Redbridge.
