Elsecar, Yorkshire
Elsecar is a village in Yorkshire, in the West Riding. It was one of the earliest "model villages" being transformed into an 'industrial estate village' for Wentmorth Woodhouse in from the late 18th century. It is within the council area of Barnsley.
