Elizabethan House Museum, Norfolk
Elizabethan House Museum (aka 4 South Quay, Great Yarmouth) is a 16th-century merchant's house on the quayside in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. The house is famous for its connections with Oliver Cromwell who is said to have frequently visited the owner, his friend John Carter. It is owned by the National Trust and run as a museum reflecting the life and times of the families who lived here, from Tudor to Victorian times. It is within the council area of Great Yarmouth (Norfolk).
