Drumaghlis, Down

Drumaghlis is a hamlet in County Down. It is within the townland of Drumaghlis, in the civil parish of Kilmore. Drumaghlis is a dispersed hamlet, lying along the main north-south road through Drumaghlis townland. Kilmore Presbyterian Church opened in 1832. Near the church is the first Drumaghlis schoolhouse, opened around 1828. The 1909 school which replaced it was demolished in 2015. The hamlet is within the council area of Newry, Mourne and Down.
