Drovers Estate, Sussex
Drovers Estate is a historic estate near Singleton, Sussex. The house (aka Drove House) is a large irregular shaped 18th-century house. The west front has two storeys and five windows. Drovers has long been a sporting estate going back to when a mediæval deer park dominated the landscape. The estate includes a disused railway tunnel which is a notable hibernating roost for bats. The estate is in the care of the National Trust. It is within the council area of Chichester (West Sussex).
