Drayton, Hampshire
Drayton is a former hamlet that is now an urban area in northern Portsmouth, Hampshire. A hamlet since ancient times, suburban development around Drayton began in the early 20th century. The area, which does not lie on Portsea Island, was incorporated into the municipal area of Portsmouth in 1920. It is within the council area of Portsmouth.
