Dolmelynllyn Estate, Merionethshire
The Dolmelynllyn Estate is a historic estate near Ganllwyd, Merionethshire. Campbell Blair left the estate to the National Trust when he died in 1936. Lying within the Snowdonia National Park, it covers over 1,200 acres and includes landscapes that vary from river terraces to high moorland, as well as boulder-strewn woodland. Dolmelynllyn Hall was constructed by Charles Williams during the 19th century, around an earlier core dating from the late 16th or early 17th century. The estate is within the council area of Gwynedd.
