Dinas Powis, Glamorgan
Dinas Powis (or Dinas Powys) is a small town in Glamorgan. It contains the remains of a Norman castle and adjacent Cwm George hill fort (from which the town takes its name). Despite the addition of several housing developments over the past fifty years, the old village centre of Dinas Powys still has a mostly unspoiled and almost rural feel. The town is within the council area of The Vale of Glamorgan.
