Digswell, Hertfordshire

Digswell is a former village that is now an outer northern suburb of Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. The Church of St John the Evangelist, dating from the 13th century, and the 19th century Digswell House mark the original centre of the village. The modern suburb is centred around Welwyn North railway station. It is within the council area of Welwyn Hatfield (Hertfordshire).
