Derrydeg, Armagh
Derrydeg is a north-western suburb of Newry, lying west of the Clanrye River in County Armagh. It is within the townland of Derry Beg, in the civil parish of Newry. The townland of Derry Beg remained largely rural until the building of the Derrybeg estate in the 1960s. The area is within the council area of Newry, Mourne and Down.
