Darragh Cross, Down
Darragh Cross is a small village in County Down. It is within the townland of Barnamaghery, in the civil parish of Killinchy. The village developed around the main cross roads in Barnamaghery townland. St Caolan’s Primary School dates from 1887. Still a hamlet until the Second World War, Darragh Cross has seen significant housing development since. The village is within the council area of Newry, Mourne and Down.
