Criccieth, Caernarfonshire
Criccieth (Cricieth) is a town in Caernarfonshire, standing overlooking Cardigan Bay. It is a seaside resort but it is most famous as the site of Criccieth Castle, whose ruins stand prominently on the headland. The town is within the council area of Gwynedd.
