Conywarren, Tyrone
Conywarren is a north-western suburb of Omagh, County Tyrone. It is within the townland of Conywarren, in the civil parish of Cappagh. Until the mid 20th century Conywarren townland was largely rural. Mount Pleasant House was built in the early 19th century. The house became Conywarren Childrens' Home from 1948 until 2005. The townland has seen significant housing and industrial development since the mid 20th century, effectively becoming an outer suburb of Omagh. The area is within the council area of Fermanagh and Omagh.
