Compton Wynyates, Warwickshire

Compton Wynyates is a Tudor country house in the south of Warwickshire. The house was built by Edmund Compton and his son William during the reigns of the first two Tudor monarchs. It is constructed of red brick and built around a central courtyard. It remains the private residence of the Compton family. The house is within the council area of Stratford-on-Avon (Warwickshire).
