Collett's Bridge, Cambridgeshire / Norfolk
Collett's Bridge is a hamlet which lies across the Cambridgeshire - Norfolk border. The bridge itself was formerly known as Emneth Bridge and crossed the Wisbech Canal, formerly having crossed the old course of the River Nene. The canal was filled in during the 1970s. The hamlet has long lain in both counties though most of the more recent housing lies east of the old course of the Nene, in Norfolk. The hamlet is within the council areas of King's Lynn and West Norfolk (Norfolk) and Fenland (Cambridgeshire).
