Cold Newton, Leicestershire
Cold Newton is a hamlet and a deserted mediæval village in Leicestershire. The mediæval village, largely abandoned during the 16th century as land was enclosed for pasture, survives as earthworks. The manor house and several buildings away from the main village survived to form the basis of the modern hamlet. It is within the council area of Harborough (Leicestershire).
