Cloughfern, Antrim
Cloughfern is an urban area in Newtownabbey, County Antrim. It is within the townland Croghfern, in the civil parish of Carnmoney. The townland of Cloghfern was largely rural until the developments associated with the new town of Newtownabbey from the late 1950s. Cloughfern Protestant Hall dates from 1866. The Cloughfern area is within the council area of Antrim and Newtownabbey.
