Clapton Park, Middlesex

Clapton Park is an urban area in the north-east of the metropolitan district of Hackney, Middlesex. The area was developed from the 1860s on land that had been part of the Hackney House estate, the name being invented by the developers. From the 1950s, much of the Victoria housing in the eastern part of Clapton Park was demolished and replaced by council flats. The area is within the council area of Hackney.
