Churchtown Portal Tomb (aka the Druid's Altar) is a Neolithic portal tomb near the town of Castlederg, County Tyrone. It comprises a single chambered tomb of massive stones, with two portal stones (one fallen) and a sill at the south end. It is partly incorporated into a field wall. The monument is in the care of the Department for Communities. The monument is within the council area of Derry City and Strabane.
