Church of St Mary, Monmouthshire

The Church of St Mary is a mediæval church in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. The Church of St Mary was the church of the Benedictine priory founded in Abergavenny before 1100 by Hamelin de Ballon, Lord of Abergavenny and first builder of Abergavenny Castle. After the Dissolution, it became the parish church of Abergavenny. It is within the council area of Monmouthshire.
