Chelmsley Wood, Warwickshire
Chelmsley Wood is a town in Warwickshire. It was built by Birmingham Corporation in the late 1960s and early 1970s on ancient woodland, once part of the Forest of Arden, as an overspill town for Birmingham. It is located near Birmingham Airport and the National Exhibition Centre, at the eastern edge of the urban area around Birmingham and Solihull. The town is within the council area of Solihull.
