Chasetown, Staffordshire

Chasetown is a former mining village in Staffordshire. It became as a mining village in the mid 19th century. Though mining ceased in the 1950s, it became an overspill area from the Black Country. It is now contiguous with Burntwood to its east. It is within the council area of Lichfield (Staffordshire).
