Castlemilk, Lanarkshire
Castlemilk is an urban district in Lanarkshire, in the far south of the Glasgow conurbation. The area was developed by the Glasgow Corporation as a peripheral housing scheme in the 1950s to accommodate people from inner-city slum areas. It is within the council area of City of Glasgow.
