Castlecaulfield is a village in County Tyrone. It is within the townlands of Drumreany and Lisnamonaghan, in the civil parish of Donaghmore. Formerly known as Ballydonnelly, the village was renamed when Sir Toby Caulfied was allocated the land as a 'Servitor' portion during the Plantation. The ruins of Castle Caulfield are in the village. The village is within the council area of Mid Ulster.
