Carn Brea is a Neolithic hilltop enclosure on Carn Brea near Redruth, Cornwall. Situated on and around the summit of the strategically important and prominent hill, Carn Brea, are not just a Neolithic hilltop enclosure but evidence of later settlements and a hillfort, a prehistoric field system, a mediæval castle incorporated into an 18th century folly, a deer park, mediæval and later mineral workings, and a pillow mound. The site is within the council area of Cornwall.
