Cape Hill is an urban area in Smethwick, Staffordshire. The area around Cape Hill Road was developed from the late 19th century. Henry Mitchell built the Cape Hill Brewery here in 1879. Later part of Mitchells & Butlers, the brewery closed in 1990. The area is within the council area of Sandwell.
