Camlachie, Lanarkshire

Camlachie is an area in the East End of Glasgow, Lanarkshire. Formerly a weaving village on the Camlachie Burn, it then developed as an important industrial suburb from the late 19th century. Much of the area is now occupied by a large retail park. It is within the council area of City of Glasgow.
