Caister-on-Sea, Norfolk
Caister-on-Sea is a large village and seaside resort in Norfolk. Caister's history dates back to Roman times. In around AD 200 a fort was built here as a base for a unit of the Roman army and navy. Caister Castle is a 15th-century tower. The village is within the council area of Great Yarmouth (Norfolk).
