Bryansburn, Down

Bryansburn is a suburban area in the west of Bangor, in County Down. It is within the townlands of Ballyvarnet and Carnalea, in the civil parish of Bangor. AT the start of the 20th century, Bryansburn was a hamlet around the Bryansburn Bridge. By the 1950s it had effectively become a suburb of Bangor. The area is within the council area of Ards and North Down.
