Bride Stones, Yorkshire
The Bride Stones is a prehistoric cairn circle at the top of Nab End Moor, Yorkshire, in the North Riding. The monument comprises a double circle of kerb stones which once would have surrounded an earth and stone mound. It is round in shape and 33ft in diameter. The stones stand up to 3ft above the turf. Several have fallen flat. In the past the site has been incorrectly identified as a stone circle. It is within the council area of North Yorkshire.
