Bradeley, Staffordshire

Bradeley is a village in Staffordshire. Although of ancient origin, Bradeley grew as a mining community in the 19th century. Bradeley was a centre for brickmaking until the early 1970s. The village saw further growth in the late 20th century as surrounding farms were sold for housing developments. It is within the council area of Stoke-on-Trent.
