Bockhampton, Berkshire

Bockhampton is a deserted mediæval village near Lambourn in Berkshire. The village was depopulated and the land enclosed in 1776 following the 1773 Inclosure Act. Bockhampton Manor House was built in the 16th century by Thomas Blagrave. It is within the council area of West Berkshire.
