Boardmills, Down
Boardmills is a small village in County Down. It is within the townlands of Bresagh and Carrickmaddyroe, in the civil parish of Saintfield. The name is from Board Mill, one of several mills in the village in the 19th century. The graveyard remains of the Second Boardmills Presbyterian Church (1813), the church having been demolished around 2012. The village is within the council area of Lisburn and Castlereagh.
