Bewley Court, Wiltshire

Bewley Court is a mediæval manor house near Lacock, Wiltshire. Originally named Beaulieu after its first owner, Nicholas de Beaulieu, the house features a core 14th-century hall range built of rubble stone with ashlar dressings. During the 1920s, the house was rescued from neglect by the renowned Corsham architect Sir Harold Brakspear. The house is within the council area of Wiltshire.
