Bellshill, Lanarkshire
Bellshill is a town in Lanarkshire. Bellshill developed in the 19th century following the discovery of large coal and iron deposits nearby. The Sir Matt Busby Sports Complex in Bellshill is named after the late Manchester United manager who was born and brought up in the area. The town is within the council area of North Lanarkshire.
