Beaumaris Castle, Anglesey

Beaumaris Castle (Castell Biwmares) is a Norman castle at Beaumaris, Anglesey. Built as part of Edward I's campaign to conquer north Wales after 1282, it is in the care of Cadw. It is within the council area of Isle of Anglesey.
