Beaudesert, Warwickshire

Beaudesert is a village in Warwickshire, lying immediately east across the River Alne from Henley-in-Arden. St Nicholas church was built 1070. Behind the village to the east rises the hill, locally known as 'The Mount', crowned with the earthwork remains of Beaudesert Castle of the De Montforts. The village is within the council area of Stratford-on-Avon (Warwickshire).
