Bear And Billet Public House, Cheshire
The Bear And Billet Public House is a historic public house on Lower Bridge Street, Chester, Cheshire. The house was built in 1664 as the town house of the Earls of Shrewsbury. It became an inn in the 18th century. It was described by Richard Morriss as "one of the last of the great timber-framed town houses in England". It is within the council area of Cheshire West and Chester.
