Beacon Howes, Yorkshire

Beacon Howes are two adjacent prehistoric round barrows near Ravenscar, Yorkshire, in the North Riding. Each barrow has an earth and stone mound, standing 100ft apart. The monument is situated in a prominent position overlooking the sea to the east. The monument is within the council area of North Yorkshire.
