Battle Ring, Cornwall

Battle Ring is an Iron Age settlement near South Petherwin, Cornwall. The settlement is situated on the upper north-east facing slopes of a ridge forming the watershed between two tributaries to the Lowley Brook. The settlement survives as a roughly circular enclosure measuring approximately 200ft in diameter and defined by a rampart bank. It is within the council area of Cornwall.
