Bartley Green, Worcestershire

Bartley Green is a suburban village in Worcestershire. It is listed on Domesday as 'Berchelai'. It remained a small village until after the Second World War since when it has seen substantial suburban development, effectively becoming a south-western suburb of Birmingham. It gave its name to Bartley Reservoir to its south. It is within the council area of Birmingham.
