Bangor Bridge, Flintshire / Denbighshire

Bangor Bridge is a historic road bridge across the River Dee at Bangor-on-Dee, linking the Maelor Saesneg part of Flintshire with Denbighshire. The earliest reports of a wooden bridge at this location date to 1292. The current stone bridge dates from late 15th / early 16th century, with a major restoration by Inigo Jones in 1658. The bridge is within the council area of Wrexham.
