Ballywholan Portal Tomb (aka Carnfadrig) is a Neolithic portal tomb in the townland of Ballywholan, County Tyrone. The tomb consists of a long narrow cairn, at the east end of which is a massive cist, 6ft x 4ft, reached through 2 portal stones and a sill, which were probably buried in the body of the cairn. The name, Carnfadrig or Carnpatrick, comes from a traditional association with St Patrick. The monument is in the care of the Department for Communities. The monument is within the council area of Mid Ulster.
