Ballywee Early Christian Settlement, Antrim

Ballywee Early Christian Settlement is a well preserved Early Christian settlement site enclosed by 2 arcs of low banks, located on Donegore Hill in the townland of Ballywee, County Antrim. Excavations uncovered nine Early Christian period structures including a rectangular house with a hearth, attached souterrain and outhouse. The monument is in the care of the Department for Communities. The monument is within the council area of None.
