Ballykeel, Antrim
Ballykeel is an urban area in the south-east of Ballymena, County Antrim. It is within the townland of Ballykeel, in the civil parish of Ballyclug. Whilst the western part of Ballykeel townland (Harryville) were developed from the mid 19th century, the eastern part remained rural until the 1960s, since when it has seen large-scale housing and industrial development, becoming the suburb of Ballykeel. The area is within the council area of Mid and East Antrim.
